In addition, their administrative and booking systems are efficient and well organised, with operator certifications, quotations, and supporting documentation always provided promptly and to a high standard.

I have engaged with Emergency & Rescue Solutions Ltd and Paul Williams for the past 8 years.
Being a high security site, advanced agreed and named staff are always on time, with correct paperwork and competencies, well presented in ERS uniform with appropriate PPE. ERS are always flexible and supportive to meet our tight schedules sometimes with very little notice.
ERS provide PM technical rescue support for our shutdowns for the steam boilers at our facility plus adhoc RM works as necessary. These vessels require the insurance inspector to enter the space and undertake non-destructive testing. The entry to these is particularly challenging as the entry is only 450mm wide. ERS provide both entry control , safe systems and rescue support for this project which is a 3 monthly inspection per year.
ERS are used for their advisory capacity and support, having undertaken various rescue scenarios, always professional in their approach in both rescue and the confined space management. Also used to support access for holding tanks and mixing vessels for maintenance as an entry and rescue team having a robust system of work for decontamination which fulfils all our compliance requirements.
Whether it be consultancy or rescue I am confident and very happy with the support ERS provides and have no hesitation in recommending the services offered.
