Emergency Rescue Support
Why do I need an onsite rescue team?
Many worksites are located in remote areas where emergency services may take considerable time to arrive. Regulations clearly state that “you shall not rely on public emergency services for rescue.” With our highly trained medics and specialized equipment, your team is in the safest possible hands.
Just like insurance, rescue support only proves its worth when it’s needed most — and with over 25 years of experience supporting industry, our track record speaks for itself.
Safety First — Always
At ERS, safety isn’t just a priority — it’s our culture. Before any work begins, we take every precaution to ensure a safe, compliant, and prepared environment. Our experts will:
- Visit your site and complete full risk assessments
- Provide tailored method statements, first aid risk assessments, and rescue plans
- Develop a detailed Safe System of Work
- Conduct rescue simulations so you can see our capabilities in action
We give you total peace of mind — knowing that your team is protected and every risk is under control.
Highly Trained, Fully Equipped Professionals
Our rescue teams are certified to Level 3 Confined Space and High-Risk Rescue standards, and every member is Level 3 medically trained.
We bring the latest advanced resuscitation equipment, including:
- Oxygen and pain relief
- IV fluids and defibrillators
- Life-saving medications
While many providers stop at basic equipment, we go further — ensuring your team receives the highest level of care possible.
Total Safety, From Start to Finish
Before anyone enters a confined space, our team delivers a comprehensive safety briefing covering:
- Entry procedures
- Emergency signals
- Step-by-step actions in case of an incident
We continuously monitor the environment — testing for toxic gases or oxygen-deficient atmospheres every 30 minutes, inspecting all equipment, and keeping everything in perfect working order.
Every entrant is issued with emergency 10-minute breathing apparatus, while our team operates with full breathing apparatus. We also provide:
- Fall arrest systems
- Electric and manual winches
- Rope access and Bosun’s chairs for unstable entries
Our control process ensures that every person entering and exiting the workspace is logged, supervised, and safe — at all times.
